Returns

  • Returns can be requested within 24hrs of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and undamaged.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only applicable if the actual poster inside is physically damaged (e.g., ripped, severely creased, or torn).

Temporary Curling is Not Damage: All posters are securely rolled to prevent permanent transit damage. Normal curling is temporary and easily fixed by placing the poster face-down under books for a while.

Unboxing Video Mandatory: To claim a replacement or refund for physical damage, a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage must be provided.

Refund

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
